This is one of the movies I remember seeing years ago, and was hoping I would come across it again. (I have seen at least 6 other on-topic films, that I can't remember the titles of, or who starred in it. The search continues...)

The movie follows a mother and her family of kids as she moves in with her brother to distance herself from her ex? husband. I did my best to find out the actual age of Cándida Romero who plays the elder daughter Lucie, but had no luck. In my mind she's not older than 17, and she could easily be younger. Here's what she looks like:

She's in a good scene about a third of the way into the film.

But my ace-in-the-hole that this movie is on topic, is that it stars a young Cerise Leclerc who plays the part of Lulubelle.

I wish I had subs, but sadly I don't (not even on the DVD)

I have this somewhere but I cannot find my file and I haven't seen it in a long time. Definitely a movie I want to watch again.
