I watched this last weekend, it was on BBC2 here in the uk.
I believe there was also a very brief (10 second) topless scene during the scene in the caravan, but i'm not too sure the age of the actress.

I don't know about that scene, not having seen the movie. There is not any information about it at the usual sites so it is probably one of the older not-FLM actresses in the movie.
