Yes, it was probably broadcast on German TV - I downloaded it from https://warez-world.org/ , but now I can't find this movie

Someone elsewhere mentioned that on the tv channel ZDF only an uncensored version aired which is fascinating considering it already showed quite a lot (screengrabs from the tv recording exist).

Source? I've seen a clip from Nosbusch's scene with a ZDF logo and it's the same as the DVD. It's very unlikely that a TV broadcast is any different from the DVD (they're probably using the same master). Although I've never seen the VHS so I can't say for sure. It's just unusual for German movies to be censored/cut in the first place.
