If your resource does not work for this one, you should try using torrent client software like qBittorrent, uTorrent etc. Russian torrents tend to be well-sourced. You can stop running the client at any time and return later to continue, so you don't have to keep your computer running all the time!

I used to have a torrent installed, I used to download a lot from it, lately I don't download much from there (most of the links are dead) and after reinstalling windows I didn't install it. Most people have crossed filehosting rapidgator,k2s,tezfiles etc

Then they grumble when the files are NOT on filehosts but ARE still vigorously hosted on P2P! As long as torrents are not blocked by a person's country or ISP, they are still a strong resource. As is eMule. I have noticed that even OLD Russian-site torrents are still sourced, and they often include both the original audio with the Russian additions. Rutracker will clearly indicate the contents. (I just need to use a browser translator there.)

MOST people use Netflix and Disney+ and Amazon and have not a clue about anything that does not appear there.

You can not just watch and download movies from these resources Netflix and primevideo, you need to buy a subscription
I'm mostly looking for or waiting for a movie to come out so I can download it or watch it online somewhere

Well, you DID say "most people"! But you meant file sharing. Rapidgator and Tez are painfully slow without a subscription, and I think Keep2Share is also. I really don't like slow direct-downloads. With p2p clients it does not matter how long it takes because it automatically resumes as sources are available. If a movie is new-ish, then I expect to see it fairly quickly on public torrents, whether the file originator buys and shares a BluRay or subscribes to streaming services and shares that content. Personally I almost never watch anything online streaming; I download it and watch it later. Daily or weekly programming gets deleted after watching and movies get saved.

Yes Rapidgator and Tezfile have very slow downloads and without a premium account it takes a long time to download one video, sometimes I don't have the patience to download a file.
I had a premium on Rapidgator, with it without problems large files 5-10 gig download very quickly, German sites with movies use this file-sharing site


As for the title, Polish movies often have titles that have nothing to do with the plot

Spoiler: Middle aged man lies sleeplessly in bed, recalling his numerous sexual encounters. The various couplings are haphazard, loveless affairs in which most of the women are as anxious to release sexual tension as he is. He fails to find fulfillment and is left with feelings of despair and hopelesness.
