I read your comments - and that girl is not suitable because she is old and this one is not suitable because her tits are a little big for her age (There has to be one kindergarten, I guess ) -And also cut half of this film so that you won't understand what the plot is about at all.(That's my opinion) - but it's your right, gentlemen

The focus of FLM is meant to be on children 16 or younger in films, that's all. There is some room for flexibility and judgment calls are made when an actress is a little too old, as to whether she is still believable playing a child. But standards must be there and decisions made, otherwise FLM would just be another general movie site no different than any other. Adults are allowed to be in FLM films too, but the amount of child content is what is important.

I have not watched this short so I can not comment on it. I can safely accept jezevex's judgment: he has been here much longer than I have!
