I do have one of those full-size promo images. Very nice one with both Lara and Eva together in knee-deep water. There are quite a few more though as seen in Deadman's German DVDrip. Really would love to find the rest of them, but they are very difficult to dig up.

Might try my hand at finding more of them, been a while since I did so. I can drop what I find here if anyone is interested.

By all means! I found a bunch of those pictures on Usenet back in the early 2000's but those posts have long since expired and I can't find the images on my hard drive. So whatever you can turn up, please post them. If individual images are bigger than 2 MB you'll have to put them in a .rar and upload them to a filehost, because that's the size limit here.

"Sono arrabbiata, perché il film è inutile, mi ha scioccato e scandalizzato", risponde Eva in francese, parlando molto in fretta, come se stesse sparando con un mitra. "Mentre lo giravo, non me n'ero accorta, non pensavo mai di vedermi così. Spero solo che almeno in Francia, dove vivo, lo proibiscano subito, sarebbe uno scandalo terribile."

Lei vive a Roma ed è più calma, non vede scandali, non è scioccata:
"No, il film non lo farei vedere al miei compagni di prima media, soprattutto perchè loro non sanno chi sono io. Mi sono cambiata anche nome, ho scelto quello della nonna materna". Parla italiano e lo capisce, però la mamma le traduce ogni domanda nella sua lingua natale, il tedesco, e si affretta anche a rispondere al posto dalla figlia. Come le sembra il film? "Ho interpretato bene la mia parte, dovevo sempre cadere e piangere". E le parti di nudo, le scene d'amore? "La mia bambina è più matura della sua età. Nelle scene spinte era lei che diceva al ragazzo, Martin Loeb, "non aver paura dl spogliarti che non ti faccio mica male".
E come sono stati i rapporti col ragazzo? "Poveraccio, lui s'è innamorato davvero di Eva", sussurra la mamma di Lara. E le ragazze concordi: "E' maleducato, fumava e diceva parolacce".

"Les vacances se poursuivirent en Autriche avec Maladolescenza, un film érotique italien où j'interprète à regret une enfant qui apprend à faire l'amour et à feindre l'acte sexuel avec d'autres enfants, sous l'œil avide d'Irène qui s'était fait engrosser par mon metteur en scène Pier Giuseppe Murgia. Puis nous avons rejoint les chaleurs étouffantes et crépusculaires de Rome. Place d'Espagne telle une clocharde j'ai dû vendre mes Barbie sur un un étal à des touristes parce qu'Irène s'était empoché à mes dépens la totalité de mes cachets en vue de se faire une belle opération de chirurgie plastique. "

Hey there everyone, I downloaded Deadmans DVD rip to compare it to my own and I noticed while mine has the same CD art, I have different cover art for the actual DVD box. Rather than using the name Maladolescenza it uses the full german title "Spielen Wir Liebe" meaning "Let's play Love" it's essentially just a higher quality image of the CD art so it's nothing you haven't seen before if you've seen that, just figured I'd mention it if anyones intrested.

Also in the bonus material there's a "Schlagzeilen und Artwork" that I'm sure you're all aware of, the "Schlagzeilen" are the tabloid headlines of the time, one of the headlines is "Die Verkauften Lolitas" meaning "The Sold Lolitas" other reads "Die gefaehrlichen Spiele mit blutjungen Verfuehrerinnen" which means "The dangerous games with very young temptresses" another reads "Die kleinen Nymphen erobern die Leinwand" meaning "The small Nymphs conquer the big screen" there's also "Den Film will ich aber sehen!" which is literally just "I gotta watch this movie!" then there's "Skandal in Paris - eine 13jaehirge spreizt sich in geschmacklosen Posen auf zweideutigen Fotos. Die Fotografin steht ihr sehr nahe" which says "Scandal in Paris - a 13 year old spreads herself in tastless poses in ambiguous fotos. The photographer is very close to her".
