To be honest, they look quite big to have just started to grow, it's a pity they couldn't have got an actress at a more suitable growth stage.

Her breast were way past the point of budding out and they grew in pretty fast looking at Amalie Dollerup from the time she filmed 1997 Ogginoggen to 1997 Nonnebørn the movie that we are commenting on, a film that came out in the same year not to sure how on how much time passed between the shower scene and the bath tub from the two movies.
I do not think it would be easy to cast someone at the time of puberty when looking at young girls. It seems sometimes that some girls look like a child one day and are fully grown adult the next day, while other take years to develop. That is Puberty for you one of of the most strangest and coolest events on earth, which we all love and hate for all different reason. I think the Nonnebørn would have looked better if her breast were budding out like how they were in Ogginoggen. Her in that sundress
This is also why i think the film industry cast either way ynger or older sometime than what has been called for in the script.

Also, let's not forget, they might have come out the same year, but not necessarily filmed straight away, there might have been a year between them being filmed then you have the editing process to take into account.

Ogginoggen was part of a trilogy I should assume filming started apparently more than a year and a half ago.
