The nota-bene encode shared by Skalman has English subs on it.
Would anyone be interested in the full DVD5 of this? 3.66gb. It looks as if it could be the source for the nota-bene upscale. That is to say, the DVD looks maybe marginally better than a VHSrip, but I am not certain of this.
