All I'm saying is that maybe if a few people on this forum send some inquiry to Severin Films, maybe there's a chance that this movie will get noticed and released on blu-ray. Did you see how many movies they are releasing? Some of them are very rare and not known so much. They're relying on user feedback.
From DVD source, we can deduce that negative is of good quality. It should not prove too much of a hindrance from technical point of view.
It doesn't hurt to at least try.
