OK so I know this is not a lot to go off, but I'm going to try anyway:

I think the film I'm looking for is eastern european in origin (but I could be wrong). It has a scene where I think there is some kind of party happening in the street. A girl of around 12/13 takes a boy she likes up to her bedroom. She is wearing a red dress which she takes off right in front of him.

Like I said, not much to go on, but any help would be appreciated.
