Honestly, I think I forgot all about this. Thank you for sharing such a large file, aliceclub.

This looks like a fun movie. I read in the synopsis "Maeda Ai stars in both versions, although she plays a boy in the first movie, and a girl in the second," and the first movie takes place in an elementary school.

Looks like there's a few other Hanako san movies out there.

Large 1080p versions have recently been shared at TNT. I have not compared them to any previous versions linked in this thread, because whatever I managed to download is lost on a dropped drive. Well now, while catching up on missed posts and upgrades, I've finally come to the Japan section. And wow, what a drop!

I remember first reading about this movie here and I was excited for a potential HD release. And we got that WITH subs, too!

I am interested in this movie, though. Your screenshots look good and I thank you for letting us know about this. Would you like help sharing it? I found it on a private tracker, 882mb, I think it has subs. You interested in the file? I found both 1995 and 1998 versions of the movie.

On the tracker, there were of course some funny remarks in the comments section, and I am not too mature to not find some of them funny:

"A ghost from a toilet that kills children and it's a G-rated film for kids? Only in Japan."
"Oh Japan, what WON'T you put a ghost in?"

There are pixeldrain links posted if the eMule does not work for you. I do not even know how these compare to what you shared, because I lost whatever I downloaded back then.
