This trailer didn't convince me that much, it doesn't even seem like a Horror like the prequel, but it seemed to me like I was watching a new Terminator movie, they could have put "M3GANTERMINATOR" instead of 2.0.

Another saga that is going to be squeezed out like a cow. Like Terminator, it is not known which sequel will follow the events of Judgement day.

Just saw that little Violet Mcgraw is in Thunderbolts*. She's really been a hot commodity these last few years. I personally think this movie looks fun
It's not like m3gan 1 was any kind of high minded art film to begin with. This is at least a somewhat risk taking direction to take. Just wish these films would say screw it and go R rated, but I get that its very much aimed at gen z tiktok generation and no studio is going to willingly cut out a huge chunk of their market.

Some people who went to see it already say it was a tremendous change of direction for the plot. Caleyjunior was right. Perhaps some people like the 80's action of Chuck Norris or Jean Claude Van Damme. Don't expect her to play the killer doll. In my opinion, I'll only watch it for Amie Donald.

Did not love (or particularly like) this movie. It was trying to be too many things at once.

The first movie was a very light sci-fi horror that at least maintained a fairly consistent tone and had some moments of humor and tension. This genuinely felt like a Nickelodeon made for kids movie at times, and a lesser Michael Bay film at others. This is a clear example of a studio completely miscalculating the appeal of their character and also trying to release it as a July blockbuster, for some reason. I, personally, could have at least enjoyed it if they'd went hard R and had M3gan just tearing people to scraps, but you feel that PG13 rating at all times.

M3gan herself is still somewhat entertaining, and the only saving grace of the film, but everything else is so bad it really doesn't matter. That's all I'll say without going into any spoilers. Even if you want to watch it for Violet Mcgraw, she spends most of the movie in the background so goofy side character can yuck it up in painfully embarrassing scenes.

I'm almost never this negative with movie, but sometimes a movie is just so bad you actually feel insulted.
