Looking for the name of a movie

Several years ago (I honestly forget how long), I watched a movie, but maybe a TV series?

A group of children emerged and grew up in a huge ground enclosed facility, a facility completely isolated from the outside, similar to an astronaut training base.

They conduct some scientific life, diet, cutting-edge education, etc., and the special thing is that they are always fed a pill regularly.
Maybe one of the children secretly stopped taking pills or accidentally discovered that it was actually pills that suppress effects such as emotions and sexual impulses, used to control them.

Later, all the children collectively stopped taking pills, which eventually led to everything being out of control.

It must be said that I remember having very short screen time in childhood, and they quickly grew up to be teenagers or adults.

But looking back now, it was actually a bit interesting, I just can't remember the name of the movie again.

That sounds almost like the premise of "THX 1138" which only had adults, but I would be absolutely interested in a variation that focuses on kids / teens!

I remember the kids had a short appearance time, maybe only a few minutes at the beginning of the movie, and then they went into teen/adult time and had run out of control activities.
So I didn't pay much attention to the movie at the time, but now I only remember these damn vague information.

I remember they seemed to be wearing those white tights that resembled cabin spacesuits and had some tech machines like the ones in the space ships.
That facility was like a Mars base, only built in a much larger indoor space on the earth.
