Sorry, I don't know much about software or video quality. Better someone else explain. I have downloaded a lot of "cleaned/fake" encodes that were created by ffmpeg with different noise reduction video filters, some using ai some not. Modern codec like H265 instead of mpeg2 or H264 makes files smaller for same quality. Reducing grain/noise makes for easier encoding and again much smaller files. Then, if you wish, just let video player add grain again when playing the clean file. (You know, that's a idea used by even more modern codecs like AV1.) But most people here don't like noise reduction because looks artificial or cheap.

They are very good for general watching and quick downloading.

Exactly. I like blu-ray (or better uhd blu-ray with dolby vision) for big screen tv, but files are big and I keep them on external disks. For casual viewing or long time sharing on computer I prefer small files with as little quality loss as possible.

"fertilizers" ??? This is nonsense. In rich countries girls are simply FATTER because they EAT MORE and move LESS. This is why their puberty starts sooner: WEIGHT. Poor country girls have less screen time, move more, play outside more, and their diet contains less fattening foods. ON AVERAGE. Also when we compare girls from 2020s rich countries to 1970s rich countries, there's the same difference. 2020 girls are heavier and menstruate sooner.

The cause of premature puberty is believed to be due to concentrated chicken feed from the chicken farms that supply restaurants like KFC, and I say that in the first world countries fast food addiction is more common. It is more common for mothers to buy their 10 year old daughter her first bra and a year before that she is wearing a mini-top.
In my own experience I met a swimmer, her age and body didn't seem to fit, her physique was more like a 15 year old girl and the explanation would be that they were supposedly hormonised for high performance, I can't say that this is entirely true.

Nourishment is essential for development. Undernourishment can arrest it as you can easily see when you compare north-korean kids with that of South Korea. This (especially the increasing consume of meat that has testosterone in it) is the reason that in Europe the age of first menstruation decreased from about 16 in the early 20th century to about 13 in the early 21th with a rate of about 1 year every 30 years. But genetics are of importance too. In one of the puberty documentations around here it is said that in the USA the state of maturity of kids is at a wide range by the age of 13 years and that 13 is the age of the first menstruation with white girls (!) but with black girls it's about one year earlier (!).

2 facts on this. A friend adopted kids from a troubled home - both were short for their age. It was linked to them suffering - she didn't say what. But did say there was lots of issues, and parents had drugs around the home. Did they eat less, or less nutritious food?
This generation of kids in Japan are a lot taller than previous generations as now they eat a more Western diet.
