Yeah, and I hope its as controversial as some say it is, and not an anti climax ;)

Iv never been a fan of Dakota Fanning.
I can think of a handful of girls I would rather see play this part.

Still, beggars can’t be choosers

i don't think there is gonna be any topless scenes that i know of i may be wrong.
dakota can't play kiddie roles like charlotte's web forever.

There has been so much controversy that the Attorneys General of two states have reviewed it (North Carolina where it was filmed and Utah where the Sundance Film Festival is located).
But Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff, who watched the movie this week with his state's child sexual exploitation law in hand, said his concerns didn't materialize on the screen.

"None of the things on the Internet that people were saying about it were true," Shurtleff said. "Not only does it not violate the statute, I think it's a good message for people on the subject."
The rape scene lasts a few minutes, but is not graphic. There is no nudity, the scene is very darkly lit and only Fanning's face and hand are shown.
As for Charlotte's Web -- it's too soon yet for a DVD, the best that are out are TS. I saw it in the theater, I liked it but it's true to the book in that Dakota's role isn't very big after the first few minutes.
