[REL] Solisterna (TV miniseries) (2003)

Hey everyone.

I am on the search for a great miniseries that was on swedish TV a few years back.

"Solisterna" is a dramaseries in three parts showing aspects of society throught the perspective of one family. "Solisterna" takes place in present time and is a dark story about a swedish family´s journey towards disaster. THe series starts just as the family´s house has burnt down and the daughter is found dead in the charred remains. THe mother and father has been saved, but when the police start an investigation the parents refuse to tell what really happened.

I remember this to be a really strong and disturbing story. THe girl (Märta Ferm) as far as I recall played the part of the daughter superbly.

Anyway, I have found it on the mule, but the first episode seems to have no sources , parts 2 comes along slowly and part 3 has stopped at ~41%. Maybe you guys having more experience, can work somekind of magic and find more files or get more sources.

You don't have any problem at all. Both "moorvis" and "mjhmu" are complete sources for all 3 parts. Since they can upload but 1 file to the same user, your eMule doesn't show them as sources for the other parts. You just have to wait. Or you right-click one of the sources and move it to the part you most urgently need...

oh, thanks idler. I have never really bothered to learn the ins and outs of emule since I have been a very sporadic user. I just need to be patient then

abel>> I would love to do subs for swedish releases, but I don´t really know how. Is there some software that facilitate subbing or do I have to go through the movie line by line and translate and then configure the time manually?
It would be grat if there was a program that somehow extracted the correct "timecode" so that I could just insert the translation.

If anyone knows please let me know and I could sub as much swedish material as I have time for.

Right now I´m away for a few weeks though ...

Such software will be very welcomed, I do Czech subs for some movies about WWII for my friends, but it is quite hard job. Right now I´m working with Subtitles Workshop, in many cases I´d prefere another software though.

Moving this one to [REL]. All 3 shows have downloaded and confirmed so I am leaving them in my share folder set to 'Release', hopefully making me a viable source.

Looks pretty good, but was ripped wrong.. Looks like it was widescreen ripped in standard TV mode...

Just switch the aspect ratio of your video player to 16:9.

BTW: Seems to be an excellent series! The young actress is playing very well.

Er.. not me. However, stargazer has very kindly offered to make subs provided someone helps him out with the technical stuff.

abel: I thought Subtitle Workshop was pretty good for creating subs from scratch. However, there are a few codecs it has problems with, and then the video player for preview gets stuck, and stuff like rewind 2 seconds which I find very useful just doesn't work.
