OMG if my daughter - at whatever age, but especially before she was even a teenager - danced like that where I happened to see it she'd have gotten "tanned" and it wouldn't be any spray-on kind. I doubt most fathers want their daughters to act slutty, and certainly not their preteen daughters, but apparently such behavior is not only "normal", it's encouraged. The preview/extro for the next "episode" showed how some of the "travelers" think of their girls and women.

a few of many highlights are, not wanting a toilet in their trailer because they wouldn't use it, a wedding dress so wild that they need a fire extinguisher on hand in case of combustion, several excellent dancing kids wearing their "comfortable clothes"

They all seemed to have lots of money. Maybe they're not "typical" travelers but the wedding had to have cost at least ten thousand pounds/euros with the custom dresses, monster truck, etc. Even the first communions of the little girls had to be very expensive. Stretch pink limo for a first communion? pfaaagh! Where does that kind of money come from? Would you loan them money?

I thought it was funny when the priest told the girl to stand back so she wouldn't bump into him with her very wide communion dress.

i don't think it would be hard at all to pay for. it seems to be a community collaboration,they pool their money for these celebrations. if you watch both episodes it sets things up a bit. they are living on a land illegally=no rent. they do jobs that don't require official employment like landscaping, maintenance, plumbing and such= no taxes paid. they live minimal lifestyles that don't rack up any bills.

eliminate your rent or mortgage and taxes. how much more of every dollar do you save.


they also save a lot of money on clothes. all the girls wear clothes that they out grew. everything appears to be a couple sizes to small
