I would say I cheated on the screenshot size but we all know that there is no such rule ;)
That awesome 32x32 resolution on your screencaps is pretty amazing, ptg! ;) ;)

Seriously though, most of your screencaps posted lately have been broken. Just going down the first page of your posts by author I see broken images at https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... ght=#46929 and https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... ght=#46836 and at https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... ght=#46832 .

Could be different people see different things because of the particular postimage server they get. Or maybe noone says anything because they assume everyone else can see them.

When I have been posting full size through postimage lately I find the solution is to right-click view image on the broken image, and it will take you to a redirected page. If you use show codes on that page to get the posting links they give you a different link than originally. Editing your post to use that link seems to solve the problem. A pain when posting multiple images, but I would argue that one or two big full-size images is usually plenty and if you want more they should be thumbnails.

odd because I ALWAYS see them. I preview every single post I make. so it must be part of YOUR script blocking. most of those pictures were linked from FLM's picture host. I do understand what you are saying I have seen it on other peoples posts.
I am ok with sticking to a standard but ONLY if it is consistent with everybody. it's only fair. until then do you have another picture host that you prefer? that your browser allows script from. :)

I'm right there with FLL... I can't see Poppy's pix either unless I click 'View Image'...

Doesn't bother me, though, as Popdrome has a solid reputation for releasing fantastic films, regardless!! :thumbsup

now Kev's saying he can't see popdrome's pics? Yet I can them and I am willing to bet so does popdrome. all the more reason to not lay blame but come up with a universal solution. I have been living with it. but I put the pictures there to be seen and I want everyone to be able to or at least most. looks like we may not be able to? I say it is still a browser issue. :think

Nice release popdrome. Pix can be seen. Can the problems be a result of picture host in question is blocked by US ISPs or something?

0Ops let put this straight --

my pics can be seen - NO image server used, JUST the LMA links, which are DIRECT.

PTG uses an image server, which CANNOT be seen by evryone!
No offense PTG but yr pix do not show up in my browser..

They show up either broken, or only by selecting the links
JUST like was pointed out.

Please don't take it as offense bcus it was not intended like that!

no offense taken.
it still makes no sense to me. the image server is this sites image host and as I mentioned I always see the images and I always do a preview before I post. your images are direct from your site. I don't have one of those to link to. ;) FLL suggested what I should do. only problem is I thought that was what I was doing. perhaps KJ has a point?
I will experiment with my next release. the fact that I see the pictures doesn't help me help those who can't. figure that one out :think

and note Kev said he couldn't see your pictures

this is a stupid quandary that is wasting space on this thread. sorry popdrome

postimage gives different hotlink code to different users. You can see your own images, but other users require a different code. I thought this was to prevent hotlinking. However, FLL's method seems to give a universal code that works for everyone :think

Strange that some people can't see popdrome's images either and then kj *can* see ptg's images :think

I can see all images in this thread except ptg's.

Oh, almost forgot: thanks popdrome :thumbsup
