The title translates as "Two Bastards in Saint Tropez". 
I kid you not - Wikipedia also says so. I suppose "scoundrels" would be more appropriate.

Features the lovely youngJulius takes his best friend Paul, fresh out of prison, to the South of France for a vacation. But new girls, old flames, lies and a couple of stolen statuettes await.
Stéphanie Billat (13-14) in her only role. A damn shame too! I couldn't find subtitles anywhere but you probably won't miss them, there isn't a whole lot of complexity to the plot. If you didn't already want to visit St. Tropez this movie will definitely put it on your bucket list.
