It's been ten years since the Black Plague ravaged the lands. A poor family sets out on a journey to find a better place to live. On a desolate mountain pass, the family is attacked by a pack of merciless killers. The only one to be spared is 19 year old Signe, who is taken hostage and brought back to camp. There she learns she is to face a fate far worse than death, and she realizes the only thing to do is to run away. But her escape does not go unnoticed, and now the chase is on.

I have had this for a while. It is a good movie. Another one I should have suggested due to not having time to release it myself.

it's a bit 'letterboxy' i couldn't find a decent shaped version.
There's another movie called Escape also from 2012,that made the search harder,i can tell you that.

A lot of dvds and blu-rays have this encoded into the original file. These days everyone having a widescreen monitor it doesn't really matter that they are there. Only draw back when ripping is that some of the size of your file is dedicated to the black bars where as if it is cropped all video information goes to the film. The rip you posted looks great so being letter boxed is not an issue.

Watched this movie last night!!

Very gritty and intense, but ultimately exhilarating. Signe and Frigg are two strong-willed and courageous young ladies!!

Milla Olin in the role of Frig can be found in the film "Engelen" 2009 in the role of Lea as child. Film is directed by her mother Margareth Olin. In the film titles, she is refered as Milla Mykløen, elsewhere as Milla Robsahm.
