Cute czech movie, not so funny as everybody says, I don´t like if the era of communist regime is glamorized...
First part is OT (from this part are the screenshots), then the characters become older (but - IMHO - the teen version of the girl is prettier).
Well, it´s not a question of dialogues, but the "atmosphere" itself.
Some other movies (e.g. Pelíšky, Báječná léta pod psa) depict the era better.
I tried to look for subtitles, but nothing found
Ya beat me to posting about those, pillow! I have downloaded the DVD torrent you linked.
English subtitles professionally translated, OCR-ripped and corrected from the Czech-Russian remux DVD and synced to that torrented DVD:

Those two ulozto files you linked show up as two entries in JD2 but download as a single file, so they ARE the same. The .TS version is about 3.5 minutes shorter than the other versions, because the other versions have extended closing credits with a song.

The TNT MKV file has slightly lower bitrate on both the video and audio than the ulozto TS file, but it has the complete end credits. Comparing TS and MKV is also imprecise from the bitrate anyway, and syncing subtitles with MKVs is MUCH easier. I am calling this the BEST video version.
Professional English subtitles ripped and corrected from the Czech DVD, synced to the TNT MKV:
MY APOLOGIES to those who already started downloading my previous eMule Release from just a few hours ago. I was surprised to discover a 5.1 audio track and decided to mux it in to the file from the.nextthing.club, along with the English subtitles that I had OCRd and corrected. I have removed the posted eMule links from FLM but am still sharing the files. The screenshots in the above post are also for my new file. I am sorry for being in too much haste!

Wow, thanks for all this work, and Frankensteining this one all together! Odd that the lower resolution file would have the 5.1 audio, too. I hop you get to watch it. Let me know what you guys think of it, if you end up watching it.
