Delphine meets Manuel . Fragile and elusive , the young man escapes him . Manuel leaves town to escape his illness, cancer. Delphine hand after him and plunges into a world of dark encounters. She finds Manuel . He rejects . She ignores her illness, she wants him , without pity or compassion. Delphine creates small miracles. Manuel remains suspended. They stop in a small village of Haut Doubs , Mamirolle , feeling of having arrived . After happiness, pure joy of being together , just the disaster, the last stanza of their love poem .
