How old is the actress?
It seems to me that seeing the first OT makes me think he is quite old to be 13yr maybe at the time of production he would be 17yr .

IMDB says that Evangelina Sosa was born in 1969, so 23 when this was released!

Whatever. They let it through on FLM 14 years ago so it is grandfathered in. (Or grandmothered in, as the case may be!)

There is also a young preteen boy with multiple scenes.
