i wonder why is this move to off topic when the guideline is:

'Children' includes kids up to the age of 16. Many children's roles are played by actors or actresses older than that, but if the characters they play are 16 or younger, that's acceptable.

Yes, it is true. But the age of the actress have to be maximum 16.

Movies with adults playing a teenager are off-topic for this forum.

i find it confusing might be better to revised the guideline if that is the case.. since some country arent comportable casting little children or might get trouble with the law.
