In rural Western Massachusetts, 11-year-old Lacy spends the summer of 1991 at home, enthralled by her own imagination and the attention of her mother, Janet. There is a section close to what you describe called the Forthcoming Releases sub-forum:

I assume that it's for potential FLM releases that are simply not out of production yet. If a new film exists and it's already in theaters or has an upcoming physical or digital/streaming release, I believe the thread for it would go in the REQuest forum of the specific country it originates, like this one.
