Play it in VLC, pause, take a snapshot. Many video player programs let you take snaps.

Yeah, I just discovered them and they are awesome. I put all there cds in my Amazon cart!

I wonder if anybody got that 116mb of this? I did not know this was here! Is it a better quality? It looks to be in widescreen.
