I just googled the name of the little girl in this movie and found it's Jennis Oprasert, now 19 1/2 years old, of mixed Thai-Lao-Chinese descent and a real beauty . To my surprise she is a founding member of BNK48 (Bangkok48), a Thai sister group of AKB48 created in February 2017. Jennis is one of the 4 most important members and Vice Captain of their Team BIII. She is also an actress. Nice to see that a cute little girl from a poor country has made it ...

I have been in communication with a technically adept secret someone who attempted to create English subtitles and it was a disaster. The AI subtitling software just has not learned Thai well enough yet. So if anyone comes across decent subtitles in any language, please share.
