I reduced the filesizze from 14.8 GB file to 3.5 GB and restored the original framerate of 24 fps (for smoother motion).

Could someone please share this reduced version here? For some weird reason, the other smaller version available in the comments seems to be 27 minutes longer (!) which makes it pretty much incompatible with the subtitles...

This is the reason for that file having the time difference:

I downloaded this SD video and found that there are no commercials or extra scenes. It is just waaaaaay sloooooowed down so the same footage runs much longer. The little children's voices are pitch-shifted so that they are grunting like 400-pound sumo wrestlers! I find it hard to believe that it was broadcast like this on TV; something must have gone wrong in a recode. Absolutely stick with one of the 1080p versions!
